Primary custom glassware designer working closely with the design manager to create unique and fun souvenir glassware for tourist attractions all over the United States. Using knowledge of production techniques and research done about the customer, concepts are developed from ideas and sketches to fully dimensioned renderings using CorelDraw. Turnaround time on these projects is very quick. Over 200 are completed every year. Also, designs packaging, marketing materials (including photography for said materials) and glassware print art when necessary.

Restoration and repair of rare classic cars. This included some metal fabrication and welding as well as prepping cars for primer and paint, wet sanding primer, buffing and detailing, wheel restoration and spoke lacing, wood and stainless steel trim and accessory resurfacing and repainting.

Restoration and repair of both classic and new sports cars (mostly Corvettes). This included lots of fiberglass body repair work, prepping cars for primer and paint, spraying primer, wet sanding, buffing, wheel restoration and polishing, trim and accessory resurfacing and repainting, helping with interior work as well.

Completing submission sheets of clock and wall art designs, Package design mock-up for review,
Designing wall art based on trend booklets. Ideation sketches for alarm clock and clock radio design updates/redesigns, Making highly detailed digital renderings of the designs using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, Pallet skirt design and rendering also done in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. Three alarm clock designs were produced and sold in Walmart under the Nelsonic brand name.

Answering students questions about project fabrication, issuing of tools to students, maintenance and assembly of power tools, instruction of proper equipment use, supervision of students for safety, maintaining shop cleanliness, odd jobs.
