This billion-dollar athletic retailer has more than 700 stores and thousands of employees. To support ongoing hiring needs, the company needed to inspire and attract the best candidates from among a diverse 20-something demographic—men and women from all over the United States seeking fulfilling careers with a socially responsible employer. The resulting brand book displayed and distributed on-site and at job fairs.
