My personal view is that good design creates visual harmony. Successful execution creates an emotion or a feeling all while contained in a silent object or canvas. Creation alone can be done by anyone but ideas and problem solving cannot. For me, the good design begins when I start getting that visual harmony. Metaphorically speaking, good work creates music. It's about generating the flow, getting in the groove and making something great. I have professional experience on a multitude of platforms including Alias, 3ds Max, FormZ, Photoshop and Illustrator. I enjoy all aspects of design from sketching and rendering to prototype and final modeling. Nothing beats seeing a design come to life and I also enjoy working with engineering and engaging in project management to ensure the vision isn't lost. Give me a pen, mouse, wood, clay or steel and I will be in my element.
