- Led brand refresh for Viva, based on new positioning of “life inspired by clean”. Developed first ever brand identity guidelines to guide look/tone/feel of the brand in all touchpoints.
- Delivered North American Packaging Guidelines that will manage the consistent look and feel of all future packaging adaptation
- Delivered first ever brand identity guidelines for Scott brand outside the US, which aligned to key strategy and consumer target foundational tools with North America to allow for global synergies
- Responsible for strategic agency performance reviews annually, ongoing feedback and communication, and pricing negotiations to create a high trust relationship that consistently delivers world-class design work.
- Built a vetted network of freelance design talent (graphics, video, print and pattern, packaging, etc.) that has delivered significant cost savings over our design agencies.
