Janak Chudasama

Freshly graduated from college Raffles Design International, Mumbai as Bachelor in Product Design. Learning Product Design has been an amazing episode in my life, with the set of infrastructure including the important space of Product Design workshop and Product Design studio, thorough knowledge and experience of the professors who taught us in the college. I also had the opportunity of showcasing our work at various levels of exposure to the outer world.

I have acquired the knowledge of the design world, developed my skills of sketching, creating ideas to introduce new products and portrait my concept through poster layouts and display presentations. And have even learnt the art of making prototypes and scale models, using materials, tools & machineries and space of workshop to demonstrate the shape and structure of the product.

I have learnt modules such Model making, Materials & Processes, Manufacturing Technology, art modules like Observational Drawing Skills, Color Theory, Drafting & Rendering as a building skills for product design, CAD software's like Auto Cad, 3Ds Max and other design software like Rhinoceros, Solid Works, Photoshop for digital imaging.

To prepare foundation for a design course I have learnt the professional way to communicate and present through modules called as Design theory, Cultural studies and Design Management and worked on project in subjects, Furniture Design, Electronic Design and Transportation under Product Design.
