My background is one that combines art, design, writing and activism. As a graduate student at RISD, I developed a systems design project that examined how urban cyclists could be protected and connected through mobile social networking. My professional goals include applying interaction design to non-profit endeavors that solve societal problems, and I am seeking the opportunity work on projects that empower communities through technology and design.
