Jaclyn Mackie

At Stockhouse Publishing Ltd. (stockhouse.com), I serve as the Art Director for the Investor Series, Thematica, while also maintaining brand consistency across multiple brands within The Market Limited. My role is multifaceted, involving collaboration across departments on diverse projects. This encompasses crafting and executing
marketing and sales campaign landing pages, developing web icons, logos, and wireframe mockups for new product pages. Additionally, my responsibilities extend to designing PowerPoint presentations, advertisements, sellsheets, event signage, tradeshow displays, and conceptualizing the interior aesthetic of our corporate office.

At Reality Engine, a boutique marketing and advertising firm, my role as Senior Designer encompassed the end-to-end responsibility for designing, producing, and executing diverse projects. This included crafting marketing materials, steering brand development, conceptualizing advertisements, developing websites, creating multimedia presentations, producing annual reports, designing signage, and orchestrating trade show displays.

During my tenure at Metro Vancouver, I collaborated closely with the sales, editorial, marketing, and interactive teams across Vancouver, Calgary, and Toronto. My responsibilities encompassed a diverse array of projects, spanning print and online advertisements, specialized advertising and editorial features, media kits, presentations, sell sheets, marketing collateral, and web page development. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in the recruitment of graphic designers for the Vancouver and Calgary offices. This role also served as a launching pad for me to enthusiastically embrace and expand my career into the realm of web development.
