As Production Supervisor/ Manager I was tasked with the day to day management of all digital printing, label cutting and product doming. I worked closely with my team of four specialist print and CNC production technicians, we produce all of the promotional products range.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the production of all artwork and sample production.
Product Development - Whenever an new branded product is added to the range, I am entrusted to create a path in illustrator, that can be mass produced on our custom CNC doming production line.
Team Organisation - Communicate closely with the Sales and Marketing department, to prioritise important orders, to clearly direct my team as to the importance of critical orders.
Attend Production Schedule meetings.
Report directly and regularly to the Managing Director with information and concerns regarding to meeting monthly sales targets.
Print Setup - Setup production jobs in a specific and standardised way to run on our custom print rip software, in either Illustrator or Eurocut.
Label Production - Cutting labels for doming using Summa cutters. (Basic machine maintenance - blade changing, pressure testing and depth alteration.)
Daily Software:
PC based working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Eurocut, Eurocut VPM, Caldera RIP, Fox, MS Office.

Working as part of the in house design team of three, I was responsible for designing and pricing bespoke furniture and lighting. Working closely with end users to develop customised furniture, made to measure and fit their homes or office environments. Mainly producing media storage units, practical office furnishings and kitchens units.
