Launched IA2X Design Studio. We are a design studio located in Philadelphia offering authentic designs at a fraction of the cost. We are a creative, collaborative and cost effective. Currently working on two penthouses in Northern Liberties.

* Create sets of drawings for ADI national branch locations that are planning new locations, renovations, or refreshes * Develop construction notes suited to what the project entails for bid sumbmittals * Create space planning options for review and approval * Create 3-d drawings to represent checkout counters and custom walls * Create, organize and maintain all project files - paper & electronic Designer, Interior Designer

* Draft, develop and deliver business proposals and presentation mainly for small to mid- scale real estate investment and residential projects. * Conduct client meetings to identify key project objectives, resulting in concept boards with preliminary space plans, 3-d sketches and color palettes * Develop schematic designs, project details, and project budgets, resulting in final design * Final presentation boards with all drawings * Plan and organize projects with keen attention to detail * Maintain and document all communication via phone, email, text, and mail

* Residential project review of space and discuss client needs and main objective * Develop some design solutions based on meeting criteria and put together presentation * Create furniture plan, with researched furniture, hardware, artwork and accessories * Create 2-d and 3-d drawings of spaces via hand and computer generated * Put together a running project list with supplier information, cost and extended selling prices in an excel document * Install day manage crew to make sure each component of project in correct location, such as furniture, window treatments, artwork * Shop for accessories to compliment the desired style and bring in accent color to project spaces and allocate them accordingly on install day

* Space planning and design for Teknion's 10 national showrooms located in various cities * Coordinate all internal and outside vendors (architects, contractors, electrician) to oversee stages of construction, furniture installation and moves * Attend meetings with architects and sales personnel to determine design intent * Design Teknion's furniture exhibit in Chicago showroom for Neo-Con 2006 and 2007 * Create, place and track Teknion furniture for showrooms and invoices for labor etc. * Create, organize and maintain all project files - paper & electronic * Manage all install drawing packets for bid submittal and installation

* Space planning and design for residential kitchen and baths * Conduct client consultations * Extensive knowledge of cabinetry, millwork, countertops, flooring * Extensive knowledge of building materials
