2010, four-days of workshop on « Cuisine and gesture, eatable containers », created with the student Céline Marder (ESAD, Reims).
Some people eat in their own plates according to the rules and the established order, others share their food and mix flavours as they wish. We illustrated those differences by creating, for a buffet event, a play snack and « culturally ergonomic » which can adapt to everyone’s habits and envies, by integrating the container to the food in order to avoid any waste.
