Quick Lab competition
2010-2011, five months of contest (food design, industrial and prospective) « Future scenarios » (ESAD, Reims).
Rejecting growing standardisation of products and consumption ways (which takes away taste and identity), my project is based on the creation of customizable menus, emphasizing a greedy food to eat with the fingers. The client can choose among many combinations by making up a gesture (dip, spread, wipe or wet) with a garnish flavour and an eatable container. The cap (taking place in gesture) or the container are filled up with meat, vegetables and condiments.
