Food memories
2011, performances in partnership with superior school of French cuisine Grégoire Ferrandi and François Rabelais university of Tours (Marc de Ferrière le Vayer), as part of the Food Design exhibition « Sensitive adventures » at "Le Lieu du Design" in Paris (ESAD, Reims).
My will was to create a device that allows me to collect stories about food, expressing the most from emotions, in order to continue with my food memory analyse and research. To stimulate imagination, the public can hear three voices telling food stories accompanied by strange mouthfuls to taste...
