Ingvald is a passionate design leader with over fifteen years of corporate and consulting experience in design innovation and execution. He lives and leads by placing communication, creativity and confidence at the core of his work.
He is currently a partner and Pull’s head of Research and Strategy. His track record and reputation for delivering successful results across a variety of industries brings broad international experience to Pull. Ingvald leads Pull's strategy department, focusing on experience, product, brand and service design, including business innovation.
Ingvald has extensive experience in design innovation, including physical and digital design execution. He has led and implemented design thinking methodologies at companies such as BMW Designworks and PepsiCo. He has led multi-program global innovation projects for a variety of conglomerates, and has managed large multidisciplinary teams.
Ingvald is a graduate of the Art Center College of Design with a degree in product design, and holds numerous international awards and over 20 patents. He has held speaking engagements at Harvard and USC, judged design awards and mentored at UCLA.
