Multimedia Information Management System for Arab Bank, UAE: Designed & deployed a Multimedia Information Management System as a lead creative designer and other software engineers to make it as a product. This product is designed to be used among different bank branches, which can display Multimedia, RSS Feeds, Foreign Exchange Rates & Fees details of the Bank. Essential Functions: * Brainstorming and mocking up interactive media & web design ideas * Manage many distinct corporate identities with branding consistency through a strong sense of concept development, layout composition, color theory and typography * Create or redesign branding essentials such as logos, website banners and other print materials (business cards, and e-newsletters * Helping clarify requirements * Build and test user interface prototypes for maximum user efficiency * Create graphic components of the application, designs look & feel * Ability to come up with a number of ideas about a topic. Analyzing needs and requirements to create a design * Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques and methods. Main categories of responsibilities: * Create additional ad hoc designs for custom content pieces - either based on client branding or by bringing fresh design concepts to the table for collaboration with editors, marketers and publishers * Produce elements of graphic design and layouts which will be compliant with corporate guidelines. Projects: Automation of 6 public libraries "Government of Sindh (Pakistan), Cultural Dept.": * Research, development and identification of technologies used for library automation and deploy IT infrastructures for the public libraries. * Design dedicated website to every library * Tested & deployed web-based Koha Integrated Library System ILS with related dependencies in Linux Ubuntu/Centos. * Requirement engineering for the development of a cataloging system following MARC 21 cataloging standard. * Designing and optimized relational database for the cataloging system in MySQL. * Evaluated and inventoried non-cataloged, non-organized collection in the libraries building in 6 off-site locations in 6 cities. * Manage multilingual (English, Arabic, Urdu, Sindhi) data entries for 500,000+ and digitized items online on MARC21 standards for Library Staff & OPAC user.

Responsible for coordinating and producing 360O media & web services, providing graphic design and art direction for a variety of graphics products including media & multimedia projects, websites & software interfaces/prototypes, 2D Animations & presentation, Motion graphics, Press ads, newsletters, report covers, annual reports, brochures, exhibit displays, & slide shows. Other duties implied: determining size and arrangement of illustrative material, selecting style and size of type, and arranging layouts based upon available space, knowledge of layout principles & aesthetic design concepts. Studied illustrations, photographs and text to plan presentation of material, product or service. Activity in reviewing layout and suggesting improvements as needed. Also prepared the assembly of final layouts for printing and reviews and approved art and copy materials. Provided expert analysis and input on others designs.
