I work as an internal consultant to ensure Cat products meet the Cat Brand promise.
User Centered Design, UX, Synthesizing feedback into strategies and solutions, Sketching, Gravity Sketch, Creo surface modeling, Keyshot rendering, functional and 'looks-like' prototyping, as well as 3D printing/CNC machining are some of my responsibilities. Currently specializing in the user touchpoint components that have the greatest influence on User eXperience inside and outside the machines.

Sketching, creo surface modeling, keyshot rendering, functional and 'looks-like' prototyping, as well as 3D printing/CNC machining are some of my responsibilities. In January 2017, I was asked develop a wearable safety device for an internal innovation team. It was my privilege to select development hardware, program it, and design the housing. The team took the 4 working prototypes I built to ConEXPO in March of 2017.

I was responsible for collaborating with Industrial Design, structures, HVAC, Controls teams, and suppliers to develop production-ready plastic and composite covers and ducts for Cat machine cabs, including finished A- and B-side Creo models for a variety of processes including Injection, compression and rotomolding, as well as vacuum- and pressure-forming.
