Private Label Consumer Packaged Goods Manufacturer * Direct & manage a team consisting of designers, illustrators, photographers and production artists in completing a high volume of creative projects for a large private label CPG manufacturer, determining the ASO creative vision and ensuring quality across all artwork. Result: Design, launch and maintain artwork for 2000+ SKUs a year for 95% of the private label rst aid market as well as National Brand licensed bandages and Owned Brand product lines. * Lead artwork & vendor transitions, determine need for new suppliers & sourcing based on supplier performance. Result: Saved $2M in printing costs by transitioning to additional vendor and utilizing a dual source strategy. Saved $275K transitioning to new packaging structure with new source. * Manage, design & direct creative strategy & development of licensed, national brand and private label product lines. Lead corporate branding & ASO owned brands, including nationally licensed brands contracted from Universal Studios, Hasbro, Spinmaster and other licensing agencies. Result: Designed/produced 6 of the 20 top selling licensed bandage SKUs across all categories. Launched national brand & private label line of rst aid products on Amazon. * Develop new items and marketing strategies for new product launches. Result: Launched Smart-Flex performance bandages line ahead of National Brand with better claims and packaging design. * Lead all project management within the creative services department, identifying needs based on project histories, workloads and projected growth within the company. Plan project milestones based on current creative services resource allocation, overall time line and designer scheduling.
