The focus of this role is to develop, implement, manage & report on the Digital Content Strategy for the main customer-facing website, which supports the business's Inbound Marketing objectives.
Also, Inbound Marketing based around the content strategy is a prime focus of the role, actively supporting Search & Social initiatives through various digital marketing activities.
*Onsite management of the main customer-facing website, ensuring consistency throughout site with tone of voice, brand and use of imagery.
*Creation of value adding, useful, socially shareable content to support the main product based content. This includes but not limited to online PR, tips and guides, news pieces and Infographics.
*Ensuring product information is up-to-date, FSA compliant and marketed through the most appropriate channels. This involves keeping up to date with product changes and new features.
*Project Managing the integration of new products onto the site by working with other teams within the business.
*Creating and implementing "content campaigns" to ensure high quality relevant content is distributed and available to our targeted audience.
*Developing and building upon relationships with copywriters, journalists and other content suppliers, including multimedia companies.
*Managing the Content Budget. This involves forecasting spend each quarter in line with the overall e-delivery strategy.
*Managing internal relationships with key broking units. Liaise with Marketing Managers & Directors, plus other relevant colleagues with regards to digital marketing campaigns.

A mentor may help with exploring careers, setting goals, developing contacts, and identifying resources. The mentor role may change as the needs of the mentee change. Some mentoring relationships are part of structured programs that have specific expectations and guidelines: others are more informal.
The concept of mentoring is simple, but successful implementation can be challenging. This is the precious experience for me, and for reward, I become the most well-known and 'be wanted' by RMIT Students.

'But with teenage sex becoming more and more common it is a relevant conversation topic that should be addressed. You are not wrong for thinking about sex, nor is it something you should be embarrassed about. Especially if you’re finding out that some of your friends around you have been experimenting sexually; because now you are even more interested and could use some wisdom.'
Thus, my mission here is together with Kimberly Clark Vietnam Team build up Girl Space, the first and unique sex education website for Vietnamese Teenagers. This is where they can feel free sharing their myths about gender health as well as sex education.

Some people are good with numbers, while others are good with words. Junior copywriters fall in the latter category. Junior copywriters work with senior copywriters and clients to produce advertising themes, slogans and jingles for products and services that appear on television, radio, magazines or the web. They conduct research, create copy, and maintain relationships with clients. Junior copywriters also must collaborate with others, including the art director and design team. Other responsibilities include improving advertising material, evaluating copy for campaigns and meeting deadlines. To complete their work, they must attend creative meetings, do the bulk of the legwork and uphold the standards of the senior copywriter at all times.
Being a Junior Copywriter, I build myself to become sharp, patient and able to think on my feet, Thinking outside of the box, and Perfectionists.
