Brand Design Development: Management of the visual brand identity for Salisbury by Honeywell, working in collaboration with Honeywell’s Global Brand Leader and Honeywell Industrial Safety’s COE leaders. Responsible for creating, driving final design recommendations, decisions and approvals to enable execution and production for all development phases that involve the Salisbury by Honeywell brand.
Design Project Management: Responsible for partnering across disciplines within Honeywell and with suppliers to ensure design assets are developed and delivered on-time with quality, value and within project budgets which range from $1K to over $100K. File preparation, Idea conception, pre-press, production, review and approval of all Salisbury by Honeywell’s internal and external literature and catalogs. Ensure thorough consideration of all project variables to ensure the final solution will perform as planned.
Design and Innovation: Pursue, identify and promote self-initiated design programs that generate critical business value for the Salisbury by Honeywell brand. Create co-branded templates for distributors and assist in content creation. Partner with manufacturing representatives, distributors, and agency teams in the strategic planning and creative execution of programs that strengthen the company’s brand. Lead the development and creative design of marketing materials and graphic needs across the Electrical Safety Business Unit.
Support of the Honeywell Human User Experience (HUE): Constant collaboration and partnership with Sales, Engineering, Global Branding, Global Creative Services CEO, Global Marcom, HUE Design Teams and Marketing to create NPI’s that deliver on the Honeywell Human User Experience.

Designed and developed microsites from concept to completion and ensured digital consistency of recruitment landing pages and the direct mail creative. Worked with internal clients to create newsletters for campus and external distribution. Contributed new creative ideas and updated materials including brochures, catalogs, ads, postcards, posters, sell sheets, etc. for various college departments. Provided maintenance of external websites and intranet using CMS and HTML/CSS, developed e-mail marketing pieces using Constant Contact and HTML/CSS and registered multiple domain names for use on targeted direct mail and e-marketing campaigns. Worked closely with the traffic coordinator to select appropriate vendors ensured delivery of high quality materials while adhering to budget constraints. Provided art direction on photo shoots and contributed to the screening of talent for clients. Performed maintenance and service of Mac computers, digital photos and video equipment. Key Achievements * Successfully promoted the new School of Nursing program by designing all marketing and digital material division experienced full enrollment applications and application wait list goals for the first year. * Successfully promoted the new Radiology Technology program by designing all marketing and digital material division experienced a 100% increase in enrollment applications. * Implemented a new school logo and seal for use on marketing pieces and created new branding guidelines.
