Alex Huffadine

A Product Designer with 7 years experience in design, product management, delivery and project management; bolstered by unwavering commitment, motivation, passion and ambition for creativity. I have global and industry experience drawn from my contribution to the success of organisations such as, 3i Innovation, ST Michel, Funscreen, Daifuku-BCS, 3i Innovation and, most recently, Formworks Design.

Naturally a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and solid business acumen, I have successfully leveraged my skills to work with organisations to help drive business growth and transformation through the power of design and the “art of the possible”. I pride myself on building an intrinsic understanding of organisation and their end customer, delivering them a unique and surprising experience before they realised they needed it.

I have successfully developed product into global markets and across multiple industries both direct with the customer and in collaboration with businesses. This has been achieved through hard-work, innovation, strategic planning, thinking smarter and working smarter without fear of challenging the pathway to success.

When designing I research and break down key issues, considering the users, the emotional and physical experience, sustainability and the environment. All the while, finding innovative material, forms and functions to resolve design issues and fulfilling the user experience. I am an excellent communicator and presenter with strong team and customer facing communication skills and a hunger for sharing knowledge while recognising the value of team and leadership.
