● Developed a curvature continuous CAD model for the exterior cab of an
electric vehicle in four months’ time instead of the prescribed six months
● Conceptualized a series of Off-road vehicles for Yamaha Motor to break into a new market.
● Designed and developed audio equipment that was on display at CES 2016 that resulted in a $2 million sale.

Mentored a team of Industrial Design Interns to brainstorm and design across
TOMY product lines. Collaborated with marketing and cost engineering to
ensure proposed items met all tooling and R&D budgets on four product lines.

● Over 150 of my designs were manufactured and sold at retail
such as Target and Walmart that gained over $20 million in sales.
● Collaborated with engineering teams in Asia, TOMY
marketing team and partnered licensors to meet deadlines.
● Expanded rapid prototyping in-house capabilities that lowered cost by 73%.

Led an Industrial Design Intern and a Fabricator that developed new products
for clients. Sole designer responsible for creating and articulating complex projects through presentations, consumer research, concept sketches, and 3D Modeling.

● Organized ethnographic research, used Solidworks to design and develop the Shottracker device, and monitored a small run of thermoplastic parts prepared for the NCAA Finals which resulted in the company to raise over $50 million in funding.
● Devised a method to enhance brand awareness using client’s existing manufacturing processes to reduce cost by 22%.
● Designed the Bosch Charger holster with challenging parameters from initial concept to working prototypes delivered in 6 weeks instead of the standard 3 months.

Responsible for designing and developing new outdoor products
through concept development, brand identity and product styling.

● Formed brand identity by developing the style guide for the
Battery Lighting products that resulted a uniform product line.
● Conducted ethnographic research that led to the development of stove/oven combo which resulted in over $10 million in sales for the RV market.

Created concept designs for private prop and jet aircraft, cockpits, and
cabin interiors. As the sole Industrial Designer, generated designs of
interior components for both production and full-size mock-up.

● Envisioned and developed the entire interior of the next generation $10 million Hawker 450 XPR through understanding interior architecture sketching and Alias modeling that was presented at NBAA in Orlando, FL.
● Created exterior graphic identity for King Air GTX.
