CISCO Lead the effort to define and design the user experience for next generation security management products based on Design Thinking and Customer Experience. Manage design and interaction in all phases of product development life cycle. * Involved in planning and executing user research at various phases of the product development. * Partner with internal stakeholders - Product Management, Technical Marketing Engineers, Sales Engineers and Development Team to produce best in class solutions. * Co-ordinate and design solutions across other teams within Cisco to bring design consistency across the Cisco product line.

As part of User Experience Design group at Infosys, my responsibilities were to conduct user research, define information architecture, design UI Task flow and navigation models and create prototypes for various applications (internet/intranet, desktop and mobile applications) in various domains like Ecommerce, Banking, Healthcare to name a few.

Managed and coordinated design production from conception through completion. Worked closely with clients to create vision, conceive designs and requirements. Coordinated with consultants and vendors to meet the project requirements.

Successfully translated subject matter into concrete design for various print, web and multi-media projects. Created design theme and graphics for various projects. Collaborated with creative team to design and produce computer generated artworks.
