-Directed the successful aesthetic development and the current design launch of the 2011 Kenmore line of home cleaning products for Sears Holdings. -Led the push towards quality craftsmanship on 2011 appliances, coupled with new processes implementation for better aesthetics. Best of Innovations Award (Kenmore Bermuda), 2011 CES.

Directed and mentored a 10+ team consisting of creative forward thinking Industrial Designers, Studio Math Modelers, and Sculptors into developing a fresh approach to the interior aesthetics for the 2011 Ford Explorer and 2009 Ford Flex. Directed weekly design AST meetings, provided objective input during management walkarounds, while creating on-time styling solutions.
-Total interior design responsibility for the 2008 Ford Escape, 2008 Mercury Mariner, and Ford Ranger Pickups, important keystone vehicles for Ford Motor Company.
Participated in key competitive research presentations/events for each program, delivered aesthetic work around solutions for stringent ergonomic/safety constraints, and designed around must-have engineering packaging hardpoints.
Successfully followed and completed (birth to pre-production) these total interior programs below.
