Responsible for creative global branding vision, implementation and management for Disney * Marvel * Pixar licensed toys, role play, makeup novelty, activities, Collectibles, figurines. Featuring: Princess, Frozen, Moana, Incredibles, Fancy Nancy, Minnie, Toy Story, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Maleficent, Elena of Avalor, TSUM TSUM, Sofia the First, Fairies and Tangled.
• Ensure holistic body of work across multiple platforms. Branding, style guides, packaging,
advertising, retail merchandising, POP, e-commerce, photography, trade shows, events.
• Generate new business opportunities through strategic pitches
• Cultivate and mentor large team of designers by fostering an environment of excellence,
innovation, collaboration and career growth. Inspire to think proactively about project
management, design and market trends technology and competitive market changes in order to
strengthen brands in an evolving industry. Challenge inner talent to push creative boundaries.
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop significant integrated consumer and trade experiences.
Drive the creative execution of integrated campaigns across the product portfolio. Transform the
ordinary to the extraordinary through, retail merchandising, trade shows, social media and new
business opportunities.
• Cross collaborate and partner with internal domestic, international design, sales, entertainment
studios and vendors through open communication, aligned strategies and goals. Ensure all assets
and are developed and executed and effectively meet brand objectives.
• Articulate and pitch ideas to large pier groups, high level execs and studios.
• Brainstorm impactful ideas relevant to the brand, product and corporate initiatives.
• Work jointly with Hong Kong team on global policies for packaging, costing, materials, process,
production and procedure efficiencies.
