Development of Architectural drawings for Real Estate Companies.

Working in collaboration with an excellent local interior designer, my main role is the development of architectural plans, and 3D visualisations of interior spaces, using AutoCAD and 3D Studio Max.
Briefing with customers to determine their requirements and preparation of layouts with space planning, furniture, materials, finishes, lighting, fabrics, decorative elements.

While working as a freelancer, I have had the opportunity to develop and deliver sophisticated interior design projects with 3D renderings and technical drawings;
I coordinated interior remodeling projects and had the opportunity to design custom furniture for the different spaces and also to acquire new or second hand furniture according to the budget agreed by the client.

A long-established company specializing in the supply and installation of Italian kitchens, made-to-measure wardrobes, wood floors and bathrooms primarily for commercial, hospitality and leisure spaces.

Main responsabilities:
Management of new department of furniture, interiors and decoration;
Creation of technical drawings such as plans, elevations in AutoCAD for residencial, commercial and leisure spaces.
Interior design projects with 2D & 3D Visualisations;
Furniture design with technical specifications, finishes and measurements to factory.
Meeting with new and existing clients for interior projects;
Client briefing to determine their requirements and expectations;
Project management from concept to final delivery.
