Development of the concept brought through from the ideation phase of the project.
As a designer it is my obligation to consider the environment within all my creations. Be it through the materials or the product itself, designers should encourage change and highlight the impact our designs can have. Therefore I decided that the product must be made of recycled or upcycled materials. I also felt that the online tool could allow users to send old clothing or materials, which could then be remanufactured into new garments. Therefore adding an eco quality to the design as well as solving the initial problem.
