Reworked some of the framing and built the custom cupboards and shelving into the rafters.

Here you see the recess built for the client's dresser, and one of two insulated doors to the storage area which is now both insulated and lighted.
Custom cabinets built in shop and on site. Client opted for open cabinet (no door) and side shelves for tooth brushes, etc.

Bathroom, Bedroom and Walk in Closet
This upstairs remodel was part of a larger project. The client requested creation of an upstairs bathroom. We took out a badly designed closet on one end of the bedroom; created a bathroom on the other end; opened up a walkthrough to the hall; and created a walk in closet in what had been a storage area at the end of the hall. This involved building cupboards into the rafters and other roof framing and rebuilding the windows and seat.
The job involved intensive project management on other areas of the house as well (basement remodel, fencing, downstairs cupboards, stairs, complete electrical makeover, major plumbing, etc.) and all subs, suppliers and carpenters.
