Oversee the design, production and printing of numerous print, web, trade show and social media initiatives for an industrial manufacturing company with sales of over $150,000,000 annually. Work with various department heads and executives to provide a singular vision of quality and superior customer service. Also oversee three designers, a marketing content coordinator and outside freelancers and vendors to facilitate the creation of print and web initiatives. Created a comprehensive, unified literature system for 9 product categories containing over 4,000 items. This dynamic restructuring of the literature has resulted in an increase in sales and garnered positive reviews from the numerous distributor groups that promote and sell our products. Helped organize and oversee the redesign and restructuring of the company website. Working with outside vendors and in-house IT, we created a comprehensive catalog driven website that is dynamically driven by user input and the in-house inventory control system. This project, estimated to take 6+ months was accomplished in 66 days. Clients: Impact Products, LLC and the numerous sales groups and distributor channels selling Impact products.

Created, designed and oversaw execution of fresh, differentiating brands, marketing concepts and visual images. Managed large, difficult, projects spanning months. Worked closely with creative team members, clients and suppliers. Created unique graphic continuity to augment singular messages. Directed freelance designers, outside photographers and illustrators. Designed and produced all forms of print and web. Conceived and art directed broadcast television. Oversaw the design and implementation of 22 ice cream cartons for the #1 regional brand of ice cream in Northwest Ohio. Working as part of a team, I was responsible for the conceptualization and direction of the cartons. I also was responsible for the design and production of said cartons, working with a specialty printer to ensure the successful completion of the project. These designs have been met with great acclaim, not only with the client, but more importantly, the ice cream loving public. Led the creative on the creation of an 18 county pandemic flu information system. Working under a grant provided by the Office of Homeland Security, my team created a bilingual (English and Spanish) system for informing the public if there was ever a deadly outbreak of pandemic flu. This initiative was the first of its kind in the United States and is being used as a template for helping public health organizations around the country organize and create their own pandemic flu disaster plan. The plan my team created included a CMS web site, brochures, posters, flyers, TV and radio spots and more. Orchestrated the redesign of packaging and brand for a house wares manufacturer located in Toledo, OH. The client's old packaging was disjointed, dated and did not communicate a singular brand. Created a comprehensive design system for a national furniture manufacturer that focuses on office environments. A website, print literature and interactive DVD were all part of this successful campaign that allowed users to choose accessories for their office that included task lighting, slat wall attachments and desk and keyboard organizers. Developed a website for General Motors Creative Division. Hosted on the General Motors server, this website acted as a portal that allowed other divisions within GM to obtain design and creative work. Formed a full-service media development firm that serviced clients on a local, regional and national level. Oversaw the creative and administrative direction of print and web campaigns. Helped build a local, traditional brick and mortar store into a regional and national web presence selling work wear such as boots, outerwear, gloves and shirts. Developed an interactive DVD for the provider of CT scans and cancer treatment. The DVD was made available to physicians and allowed them to explain to patients the steps involved in their treatment and what to expect from their time in the physician's care. Identity and logo design, print design, way finding design, live show support for Cedar Fair, LLC, the owner and operator of Cedar Point and numerous other amusement parks and water parks across the United States. Created the iconic "HalloWeekends" logo for Cedar Point Amusement Park. Now in its 16th year, HalloWeekends allows Cedar Fair to extend their operating season beyond the traditional Labor Day closing and increase park revenues. Created literally hundreds of print brochures, logos, park maps, posters and branded materials for Cedar Point, Soak City, Dorney Park, Knott's Berry Farms and Valleyfair parks.
