As a Web Designer/Dev is responsible for the design aesthetics and layout of a website according to a company’s specifications. As the role takes into consideration user experience and function, a certain level of both graphic design and basic computer programming front-end using CSS and HTML is necessary. Once a website has been created, a Web Designer/Dev will generally assist with the maintenance and upkeep of the website.

As part of the multimedia team I also create videos for product info and presentation for company's members and clients alike. Using creative software such as Adobe Premiere and After Effects. If the workloads of the graphic designer becomes to much on their plate, I tend to help and ease the task to continually make the loads much lighter and the jobs become more efficient. When there is time, I to help out on the live streaming of the company's live telecast on social media and other online platform.

As the Creative Graphic Artist, I spearhead on design and creation of packaging for the organization. Utilizes graphic arts to design packages for both internal and external audiences. Being a CGA typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May suggest input into developing the product. Design from packaging, print to online posting on to digital store and requirements enhancing the aesthetic of visual needs for the end user.

Multimedia Specialist responsible for planning, programming, and conducting multimedia support for and integrating a variety of multimedia products into mission related print, electronic media, social and event activities. My position support the company internally with every visual graphic needs.

Work on design internally promoting rich content for online and offline media. Laid out creative process and art direction for various media outlets (web, print and marketing). Provides branding assets to the organization, product, services. Promotes marketing design idea or image of a specific product or service that consumers connect with. Consultant-project base for 2(more) months only.

Responsible for creating rich graphic web design for online marketing and online presence. Directly involves in social media for the companies targeting point of clients watch. Proactive in search for new innovations in marketing strategy for arsenal use online and offline. Updates & creates the company's website for clients online searching on our credibility and also for new products line-up.

Handles the internal business websites. Creates new format and design in a CMS interactive format. Also provides optimization to gather more traffic on the site that will add more client into the already existing one. Directing the entire sites into a new bold visual design that will entice the user to visit more often.

Creating rich motion graphics for mobile apps presenting in a format that would present the product in a moving visual form of communication. Collaborating with the team of fresh grad' artist & writer; brainstorming, teaching, making them understand the production workflow of how jobs should be done in a meticulous and timely manner.

Sketching on storyboard the ideas, transferring the writers story-mind into a visual mass that would give thought to the scripts detailed words.

Design and execute creative marketing for online and banner ads, checking of designs that inline with the concept of branding.

Also assist and design for some of their clients need and support the team to deliver the design request with quality and on time.

Strategic design capturing information for lead generating website, Squeeze-page psychological design for user to opt-in better, Enhanced slicing of video's for webinar & online video's upload. Intuitive website design for new domain and websites. Better design for SEO and Social Media, and for better programming and faster upload of the design.

Designing in print media, also a web designer/developer, video editing, design installation.

Developed collateral's for the portfolio on the start-up of the company. Provided rich content design both in print and web. Designing in newspaper ads in various places in the US, creating templates, developed design concept ideas from scratch to output. Oversee some designer, collaborating with them on the designs, planning and strategies for the efficient implementation of companies design process. Act as a contact person for overseas clients and foreign counterparts in India and US facilities.
