Responsibility:
1, provide design service for Lighting products & Healthcare product lines of Philips(from design research, end-user & stakeholder analysis, user experience design to product design and relevant design support)
2, design exploration for innovation projects from Philips Research China.
Achievement:
Some lighting products have been launched and got positive comments from customers;
Design for healthcare projects (OSA, CDM system, Stroke etc.) got good comments from customers.

Responsibility:
1, Provide design solution according to customer's requirements and marketing trends, manage design project and take the role of chief designer;
2, New product planning collaboration with related departments, optimize the main board stacking design;
3, Organize regular research of market information and proposing new ideas, concepts.
Achievement:
year 2009, E11 product designed by me succeeded in national market quickly, promoted the total sales of E11 series main board (over 1 million units).

Responsibilities:
1, Organize designers to analyze market information regularly, focusing on changes of human factors, SET factors and consumer behaviors, discuss them in brainstorming form to find new product opportunities, then try to realize these ideas through conceptualization cycles and refinement;
2, Design quality control: standardize design process, optimize design methods, improve the design assessment system;
3, Brand image and design language analysis for important customers, guide designers to provide appropriate proposals to meet the brand's PI demand;
4, Improve design evaluation system: develop objective, market-oriented criteria for assessing design and put it in practice, emphasizing the rational design and traceability;
5, Participate in new product planning and act as chief designer (key: optimize the stacking design of PCB module);
6, Evaluate ID proposals (2D rendering, 3D surface and so on) from outside design consultant vendors.
Achievements:
year 2008, Organized “design for Beijing 2008 Olympic Games” exhibition successfully in SIM Technology Group;
year 2007, Our team was praised and rewarded by BU for the successful design of G30, G32 and G11 that for several times different customers tended to buy the sameID proposal;
year 2005, BIRD-D680 launched in market, which sold over one million units;
year 2005, TCL-DE22 was released.

Responsibility & Achievement:
Basic research and industrial design for company's GSM product line;
Participated in market trend analysis and concept design of 3G phone;
year2003, DBTEL-3269C announced in market, which was one of the family products that totally sold over 5 million units.

Responsibility & achievement:
Industrial design of calculator, electronic dictionary, shredder and other office equipment products;
Over 10 products designed by me announced in market and got good sales.
