I founded Golden Volcano communication and design after 13+ years in advertising and marketing. My last stint was lead - brand & strategy with private brands team of India's top retailer - Future Group.

I am a good observer and a listener. Being on both sides - agency and client, I am aware of how the dynamics work. Thus my focus is to make creativity practical.

I am strong at conceptualising and I thrive on fresh perspective, and approach that is sustainable. I have a great ability to collaborate with clients and transform general facts into breeding ground for path breaking work. I have the desire to co-create and grow with brands. My fodder is healthy challenges and interesting work everyday. My instinct on solutions is holistic and not merely micro level. I have a strong attention to details, and work ethic. Building relationships is more important to me than just converting numbers.
