I am an architect with a strong potential in construction and computational design. My main interest is performative architecture. The architecture that is informed by geometry and material performance. My past experiences have taught me to understand technical problems linked to architecture, engineering and construction. My work has included rationalizing designs for facades, and optimizing construction parts for fabrication. I am currently engaged in further research to find forms in early design stages through structural analysis. These projects have made me aware of the role that digital planning can play in preserving resources through effective use of materials. I believe that every challenge is a chance to innovate.
Throughout my graduate degree in Computational Design and Construction, I have sought to supplement my academic experiences with collaborations in professional working environments. This has provided me with a strong working knowledge as to the importance of team work and interdisciplinary collaboration. I hope that I have the chance to continue this interesting career path through more interesting projects.
