Gerson Hilbert

Hello!

I am Gerson Hilbert a multi layer Designer, with a master in Strategic Design at Politecnico di Milano, Italy and a master in Emotional Design at PUC/PR, Brazil. Graduated of Instituto Federal de Santa Catarina, in Brazil, with 8 years of experience developing products, furniture and strategies based on human needs.

I had the chance to work in many different areas of design, such as product design, furniture, interiors, yachts and strategic design. Worked for Schaefer Yachts for 3 years, in Florianopolis, Brazil, a company that produces boats and yachts that range from 30 to 80 feet. Was Responsible for all the interior design, choice of materials and finishes. Was also responsible for projects with other design offices as the Studio Pininfarina from Italy and other design offices from Brazil as Bernardes Arquitetura.

I have experience also designing office furniture for Flexiv, a company in Curitiba, Brazil, home furniture and products for Modoloco design Studio from Italy and high end Kitchens and showrroms for Würfel Küche from India. My last adventure in India I was working as Senior Designer manager for Dovetail Furniture in Bangalore India. Dovetail works in the field of Retail, School, Office and Home furniture. I am responsible for the School, home and office segment, managing a team of designers that work from R&D level to product launch in the market.
