Panos E. Gerakakis

This 110-year-old house has been in family ownership for four generations. It is located in the village of Veligosti in the Peloponnese, about 2,5 hours from Athens. The aim of the project was to convert this old farmhouse into a modern holiday retreat for the extended family, while respecting the building’s architectural heritage. Our interventions had to be very carefully designed and minimal. - Architectural design and supervision of construction: Elena Exarchopoulou, Panos E.
