* Redirected and reintroduced the Smart Ideas for Your Business � energy efficiency electronic newsletter educating non-residential customers on ways to lower their energy costs through monitoring software, efficient HVAC, demand response, lighting, green building practices and other efforts. Expanded the electronic publication to three editions (small business, commercial and industrial) tailoring editorial and tone for the three distinct customer groups. Goals of elevated newsletter quality, outreach and needed customer-focus were met. * Created and co-managed the development of a new site on ComEd.com that informs customers of the company's grounds repair program. Content structure, tone and presentation successfully met corporate objectives and balanced the sensitive message of shared responsibility. * Partnered with the Morton Arboretum to create "The Power of Smart Planting" balancing two objectives-a guide to smart vegetation planting near transmission power lines including recommended plant and tree selections. * Regularly employed social media (Facebook and Twitter) to communicate with customers and promote ComEd projects and other efforts. Also employed Google Adwords.
