Created and co-managed the development of a new site on ComEd.com that informs customers of the company’s grounds repair program. Content structure, tone and presentation successfully met corporate objectives and balanced the sensitive message of shared responsibility. Partnered with the Morton Arboretum to create “The Power of Smart Planting”, a completely revised guide balancing two objectives—directing smart planting near transmission power lines and serving as a catalog of recommended. plants and trees. Served as project manager and author.

Served as Executive Editor for "Gas Tips", a quarterly technical journal and central marketing effort for an R&D not-for-profit that was transitioning to for-profit. As such, this key publication was also evolving. An advertising program was developed in collaboration with Hart Energy Publishing, the editor of the technical journal. I helped direct and manage the process.
