As a Sr. Product designer I have an overall responsibility for all production work
completed by the design team and hence providing the UX strategic direction for
different verticals across the Organization. My primary role is to work with Product
Management & deliver the idea and concept. Vertical maintained by me (Ola Corporate,
Ola for Windows, Ola City Manager, Ola Web Booking, Ola Money Merchant, tetc.)

user experiences are designed and adhered to; define standards of usability and
accessibility; empowering excellent, high-quality visual designs , engage with
product managers, design, and development leads to solve user and business
goals using the principles of user-centered design.

wasteful, more streamlined design.

Sales Pitch to HGS (Hinduja Global Services), gave company revenue of $200,000 by
selling the product Nexus Application and End User Application for Customer.

Provide UX direction on tools for students, teachers, and administrators of SUNGARD software platform for higher ed institutions. * Create wireframes, high-fidelity visual concepts, and front-end designs in HTML5 and CSS3 for phones, tablets, and desktop environments Lead the cross-department effort to define, develop and build SUNGARDs' new product branding * Run user testing on developing products to ensure usefulness, usability and a positive customer experience. As a member of AOL INDIA & AOL International New Market Operations group, I am
involved in web interface design projects for AOL Japan and AOL South-East Asia
(Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan and, India ). Prior to this, I was a member of the
AOL.in experience design team. I was involved in designing movie special micro sites to
help AOL India feature in the entertainment field.
Key Responsibilities:
• As a part of the AOL Global Media team I provide good user interface design and
engaging graphics support for the portal aol.in and other verticals like Asylum.com,
Bebo.com to achieve highest page views and unique visitors.
• Design new verticals and partner channels page navigation systems and content
layouts.
• Design user friendly interfaces and new content re-circulation module designs that will
engage the user in the current content pages.
• Conceptualize and design innovative ways to integrate other AOL products and
services like AIM, Winamp and ShoutCast into the portal pages.
• To provide creative and innovative solutions to sales team to pitch highly customized
and unique concepts for potential advertisers.
• Ensure on-time delivery of outstanding designs.
