Analysis + Modeling includes work products and deliverables created during the review and analysis phase of a project. The focus of the work is to align the project teams (i.e. product, UX, stakeholder, engineering, etc.), and to establish a foundation to inform the refactoring and redesign of website, product, and service experiences in ways that will remove friction and optimize performance.
