In China, Li-Ning is as big as Nike. In America, it's the "Biggest Brand You've Never Heard Of." Building a digital bridge from China to America is a nonstop challenge. Not to mention translating the heritage and history of a brand created by one of China's most revered figures—Olympic champion Li Ning.
For Acquity Group's joint venture, I wrote…well, just about anything you can imagine. Because we handled every aspect of the brand's American presence, I had the chance to write everything from performance sports product copy, to social media campaigns, to interview questions for NBA superstars and personalized welcome letters to our first 100 customers.
