Open and able to act on constructive feedback; wear many different hats and contribute in numerous capacities outside of design (i.e. Production work, generating ideas, unconventional thinking, etc). Able to work both individually and as part of a team across all creative disciplines, although I tend to flourish in collaborative atmospheres.
