Workday Mobile is a powerful enterprise application for human capital management, financial management, and analytics. It's suite of features are built to ease everyday business process for employees, managers and administrators... All with the approachability of a consumer application.
I played an integral part in the design, and redesign of several features for the Workday's native iOS apps for iPhone and iPad (Worker Profile, Recruiting, Directory, Employee Reviews, Timeline, Notebooks, Anytime Feedback, Directory and more). As a member of the Mobile Team, I have worked in open collaboration with developers, product managers and other designers to meet product goals. My expertise in mobile ux/ui has made me a resource to junior designers and my peers in design reviews where I provide helpful, balanced feedback.
