Huina Wu

“ Hi, my name is Fiena Wu and I am currently an Industrial Design major at Cleveland Institute of Art in Cleveland, Ohio. Born in China, raised in the total polar opposite Trinidad and Tobago, and now living in the United States I believe that the cultural differences that I am exposed to really gives me a different viewpoint on everyday things and situations as well as design. I value the simplicity of design as well as the fun and sense of accomplishment that you get from the design process. The little moment of appreciation that people give to an object’s design, whether they know it or not, is something significant and I personally would like to strive for that in all my design efforts. I have a lot of interest in the design field as well as outside of it. My personal goal as a designer is to never stop learning.”
