Contribute high level design skill to the development of a variety of SPACE Projects to include New Store and Remodel Capital Projects, Minimum Standard and Customer Facing Upgrades, FOB New Initiative Development and Rollouts.

-Design function for Capital Projects from scope and block plan development through design and color/material development meeting schedule and budget priorities.
-Design project management including task prioritization, meeting and workload management, coordination and successful communication.
-Contribute to the store brand design development efforts for implementation by consultants and by internal team.
-Collaboration with Merchants, FOB Directors, Visual and Merchandise Execution partners in the development and execution of scalable FOB Initiatives.
-Collaborate to identify improved sustainability opportunities that improve the shopping experience while driving down operational costs.
-New product research and on-going development of skill sets.

Responsible for design creation and implementation for various clients across multiple disciplines. Lead client work sessions, manage daily client interactions and, responsible for execution of deliverables and maintaining high level of design standards for maximum client ROI. Keep a vast knowledge of products and material applications and sustaining relationships with vendors and end users alike. Part of design team responsible for pitching and winning large amounts of work for company. Work well with many well respected industry professionals and have fun doing it.

Executed multiple designs and options for a wide range of clients. Had to conform to multiple show regulations yet still maintain strong level of design presence. Used 3D models to determine best viewing angles and placement of branding elements. Worked in a fast-paced environment with a small team of great designers and visionaries.

Internship turned full time position. Designed, created, and executed small and large scale graphics, interior and exterior renderings, edited photos, and developed concepts. Had the opportunity to learn a great deal about the daily designer and client interactions and put my skill set to use. Blended marketing and design background and skills together to increase client responsiveness.

Short term contract opportunity to help on a specialty project to develop pitch materials and help secure large national client.

Studied interior architecture and focused on commercial, retail, hospitality, specialty/creative environments. Learned invaluable lessons from successful working professionals including hand and CAD drafting and drawing, computer modeling and rendering, graphic design and typography. The program and school were heavily focused on artistic techniques, history, and the practices of producing stimulating visuals that convey design and intent.

Working part time while completing my BBA in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Began as a teller, promoted thru the ranks to the point where I was the assistant manager of the third busiest branch in the state. Left to pursue design as a career.
