Lippo Village Master Plan consists of existing and new development areas. The new development is called Lippo Village South (LV South), which intends to be an integrated township development in the Lippo Karawaci area. The LV South Master Plan has a total area of 463.1 Ha. The project’s goal is to be a ‘City of Dreams’ aiming for the millennials and generation z as the target market in the future. Therefore, “What is the new Lippo City?”
