I am a recent Architecture Masters graduate from the Dessau International Architecture (DIA) School at Bauhaus, Germany. Your firm came to my attention through massive research online for the most reputable firms around and through my friends’ circle in Europe and the USA.
Professionally, my most current experience has been working as an Architect for the firm Planungsburo Baumert & Peschos GmbH, Germany. I am responsible to a number of design projects ranging from Apartment buildings, Industrial Halls, Mixed-used buildings, and other projects including residential design. I have projects in Germany, Austria and other parts of Europe. In USA, I worked for around 6 months at Design Concepts. As a Junior Architect, I was responsible for several projects including the Moreno Valley Housing, the Victorville Medical Complex, and a number of other residential and commercial projects including the Diamond Bar hillside residence. Whilst in Lahore, Pakistan, I worked as registered Architect for two years on a number of design development projects throughout the highly developed cities of the country. One of my lead projects under construction is the EOBI mixed- use development in Islamabad. As a freelance artist, I have also executed turnkey projects for interior design and production, and it has been a very rewarding experience.
Academically, I have focused on large-scale community projects as they relate to the issue of low income housing and sustainability. One of my projects in the USA was with Professor Richard Beller for the Solar Decathlon Competition Project under the team orchestrated by California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo’s design program. I have focused on the passive and active nature of design. My thesis supervisor in Germany was Professor Gunnar Hartmann. The project focuses on alternative mixed-use patterns of redesign that further enhances sustainability on a social and economic level. In my previous semester, I was involved with a project reflecting the relation between senses and scenography, with Professor Ralf Niebergall. My projects are very much varied and my whole portfolio reflects a number of
design ideas that blend with many different design problems.
I am available on call or email as per your requirements, to inquire about my interest and to set up a convenient meeting time. My work samples can be found at the portfolio links.
