Suggested technical solutions and collaborated with the staff on possible approaches using CSS1 standards and browser compatibility issues. Established development guidelines using HTML/DHTML. Successfully set standard guidelines using CSS1 from WC3 online resources. Implemented CSS style sheets for their BuyerXpert web application. The web project requirement was to use Sun's style guide specifications for their user interface by coding a scalable website that included forms and standard HTML pages. Successfully redesigned the Rate Exchange website based on external ad agency artwork. Designed the new look and feel by working with pre-existing artwork and print collateral provided by the original ad agency mockups that company originally hired. New sections of the site were built in addition to the original plans and site architecture. In addition, I was responsible for maintaining and reporting the production within my team. Management and organization of the scripting, page layout, edits, reviews and construction were my responsibility. Lead the team by providing time estimates on the development of the project and deliverables.

Worked with the production team using Photoshop, Image Ready, DreamWeaver, HomeSite and BBEdit for development of Levi's entertainment site using their marketing objectives as guidelines. Assisted in organizing, developing project flow, scheduling of tasks, and organized the content. Worked with the team in creating guidelines and for the scope of the project. Responsible for overseeing the overall development of the site architecture, established timelines, and submitted progress reports.
