In this position, I am responsible for the design and production of a wide range of monuments and signage for multi-residential real estate client nationwide. My work includes interpreting designs based of client-approved packages and transforming the designs into a wide range of production-ready files.
My duties often include designing technical drawings for multiple vendors, engineers and installers, often around the country. Part of this position requires researching city signage code and adapting the approved designs to adhere to the code for permitting. I have to determine materials, production methods, timelines and adherence to budgets to see the project through to completion.
Some projects included complicated illuminated monuments and signage as well as the gamut of exterior and interior signage needed for each project.
In addition, upheld ADA standards for signage for each project.
