Throughout the Waterside property are various directional post & panel signs.
This is one of many apartment building markers located on the property. The Waterside property is large with multiple buildings and parking lots. These brick walls were painted a recessed area in the original was covered by the new aluminum panels.

Wood Trail is in Tyler, TX. The leasing center was not undergoing a big renovation, so to make the property updated, I designed new signs thought the property.
This is the Wood Trail leasing center in Tyler, TX.
Wood Trail in Tyler, TX had a very small budget for signage. We reused the existing monument and brought the colors and type faces onto the smaller signs.
The Wood Trail leasing center is located near the rear of the property, so directional signs are posted throughout to help visitors.
For the amenities exterior signage, dimensional letters were added to the top of the panels.
This is a temporary banner that covered an old directional sign for Maxwell.
