Extensive venture attempting to chronicle every Pittsburgh neighborhood exhaustively by photograph and words. Decision making based on research and experience, oversaw all aspects of production, maintained strict budget and schedules, organized all equipment, logistics and time tables for operation, researched and made purchasing decisions and maintained high attention to detail.

Driver, Server, ensured positive guest experiences by providing quality service and feedback. Always maintained great attitude and frequently problem solved difficult situations.

Volunteer for AmeriCorps Lead Hazard Reduction Team under the sponsor company Healthy Home Resources. Worked on a State Certified housing crew for lead hazard reduction and remediation in homes where children had been poisoned. Conducted educational workshops on lead poisoning and abatement for adults and informative yet fun puppet shows for kids. Third year hired on as staff. Took over as Crew Leader for the Americorp team and lead them to their most productive year in housing ever. Managed and trained all volunteers in a team environment, assisted with recruiting, interviewing and hiring, provided positive reinforcement, employee incentives, discipline and assistance.
