Erin is an energetic and nimble designer with an eye on the big picture. She enjoys strategic problem solving through simple solutions, producing work that balances both style and function. She thrives in a collaborative environment and forms strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key cross-functional partners. Always willing to dig deeper, Erin endeavors to understand and learn from others, garnering a 360° understanding of sourcing, production, and line planning. In this way, she works holistically to design against consumer needs, providing the best products while meeting brand objectives.

Outside of work, Erin enjoys getting outdoors, traveling with her partner and gathering with friends. Erin currently resides in Portland, Oregon and works for Columbia Sportswear.
