Directly adjacent to the John Wayne airport, The Landing on Red Hill is a 3 building creative office campus located in Costa Mesa, California. Our challenge was to renovate and completely reposition the existing property in the minds of the local commercial real estate community and to millennial tech focused small business owners, connecting people on the site with one another and with their surrounding community. Tactics and services covered a broad range of applications including the base architecture/interiors/landscape to the foundational brand positioning, identity design, print and online collateral and environmental graphics applications. A new centrally located courtyard that includes games, outdoor meeting spaces and an outdoor kitchen further connected the campus and at the same time mirrored the brand position statement ‘make your connection’.
